I was contacted by a gentleman this week about getting his medals done.  He said he was in town for the weekend and had found me through a Yelp search.  He retired in the 80s after 25 years of service.  He said he was going to the Marine Corps Ball next week and had recently found out that he rated a Korean Defense Medal. He brought his medals over, and I added them into my queue.

Once I got to his medals, I was looking at them and just couldn’t bring myself to disassemble them.  There was so much character and history in that one set.  It just didn’t seem right to insert a newly made medal amongst the aged ones.  After I spoke to the customer, he said he agreed and would like a new set made.

Here is his old stack and new.  I am happy to have been able to help.  Semper Fidelis, brother.
